About Us

Our President Brent Deming studied architecture for six years prior to entering the United States Coast Guard in 1979. After completing a six-year tour with the Coast Guard, he returned to Southern California and began a career in construction and as a building designer. Brent worked with many builders in the commercial and residential industry; he not only ran jobs as a foreman but also built projects from the ground up.

After many years building and designing custom homes in Southern California and completing many hours of advanced AutoCAD training (a computer aided drafting program), Brent moved his company to Northern California in 1998.

Now, with more than 38 years of experience, his home design projects include custom homes in El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay, and the greater Sacramento area. Our company also does remodels, as well as various releases of tract homes from Fresno to the Bay Area. Brent has been mentored by an experienced architect and engineer for the last 16 years, and has learned a lot about engineering along the way. 


Home Designs Made by the Company

Our President Brent Deming came from the construction side of the industry. His cousin is an architect and engineer that has trained Brent for the last 16 years. This has formed him into a better building design expert. Brent loves working in architecture and enjoys making people happy with their homes. If needed, we have builders to recommend once the design and plans are completed.

In 2009, the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA) selected our company for the 2009 Best of Orangevale Award in the Architects category. The USCA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USCA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These local companies enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.

Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2009 USCA Award Program focused on quality, not quantity. Winners were determined based on the information gathered both internally by the USCA and from data provided by third parties.
